Vitrue Lands Across the Pond with European Expansion

With the world’s major brands using the Vitrue Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform for scheduling, customizing, publishing, moderating, and measuring their social marketing communications, it was inevitable our company would establish a physical and personnel presence in countries outside the US. That begins now.

Vitrue Lands Across the Pond with European Expansion

Richard Beattie, Vitrue VP, EMEA

I’m thrilled to announce the addition of Richard Beattie to the newly created position of Vice President, EMEA. The announcement also signals the opening of our London office, just one of our many overseas offices set to open during the next 12 months. Rich truly brings unmatched experience in selling SaaS enterprise software to global brands. He is an international software sales and business development veteran who brings over 15 years of strategic sales and emerging business experience spanning the SaaS-based technology space, including executive positions at Omniture and Mercado.

Rich will be responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of Vitrue’s international business, including new business growth, channel development, and existing support of current global clients.

As for Rich and his leadership in Europe, we see tremendous, untapped potential for our product internationally, both with our existing multinational brand clients as well as new business opportunities. He feels, as I do, our platform, combined with our local presence, will help multinational marketers achieve tremendous social marketing success.

As noted, the London office is only the beginning of Vitrue’s international expansion, with the opening of a Paris office planned by the end of this year. Our customer service philosophy dictates we be physically accessible to our customers, maximizing the client/partner relationships that set Vitrue apart.

We welcome Rich and look forward to expanding our international presence and ability to serve global clients even further.
