Job Description:

Reporting into the VP of Client Partnerships, our Client Partnerships Director will have 7+ years of proven experience providing client management & providing strategic guidance around social & digital programs for major brands. This role will require strong communication skills, the ability to manage client expectations and a strong background in social networking and social media technology.

You will be joining a team responsible for providing strategy and program management of premium social media solutions for Vitrue’s strategic client partnerships. This will include leading the charge for Vitrue’s more important clients and coordinating with client agency partners and other Vitrue departments (such as Business Development, Client Delivery, Product Management & Marketing).

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media strategy and digital marketing for major brands
  • Experience with providing client management services to major clients
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
  • Expert communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to become the subject matter expert in new technologies quickly
  • Enthusiastic, personable and ability to take charge
  • A startup mentality with a whatever it takes approach to accomplishing goals
  • Dependable, well grounded and flexible when it comes to solving challenges
  • Resourceful to suggest alternatives and share ideas
  • Ability to work well with team members and communicate effectively
  • Experience with online project management systems
  • Desire to work in a Mac OS X environment, office is over 90% Mac
