Board of Directors
Dave Andonian, Director
Dave Andonian is Managing Partner at Dace Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm with over $70 million under management, investing in the Next Wave of innovations in digital media, consumer marketing and mobile services. Dave has over 28 years experience as an operating executive, in M&A and as an investor while growing technology-based software, hardware and marketing service companies. Dave has acquired or invested in more than 40 companies and has sat on 18 boards of directors of technology companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Before founding Dace, Dave was an entrepreneur-in-residence for Flagship Ventures, in Cambridge, MA, and subsequently became chairman/CEO of Affinova, a consumer marketing services company. He previously served as President and COO at CMGI, at the time the world’s largest Internet venture, incubating and operating company. At CMGI, Dave worked closely on the growth and IPO’s of Navisite (Nasdaq: NAVI) and Engage (OTC: ENGA), as well as AdSmart, AltaVista, iCast and others. Dave also held executive sales and marketing positions with PictureTel and at IBM where he was GM and VP of Worldwide Marketing for the PC Division. Dave currently serves on the boards of TerreStar (Nasdaq: TSTR), EveryScape, CityVoter, Panraven, LocaModa and Vitrue.
Stacey Curry Bishop, Director
Stacey joined ScaleVP in 1999 and focuses on software-as-a-service, consumer Internet and digital media. Stacey originated investments in Omniture, acquired by Adobe for $1.8B in 2009, and ExactTarget.
Currently serving on the boards of NComputing and Vitrue, Stacey also works closely with many of ScaleVP’s other portfolio companies, including Arena, Box.net, HubSpot, and Tripwire, among others.
Prior to joining ScaleVP, Stacey specialized in M&A within Bank of America’s Corporate Development Group, worked in Morgan Stanley Equity Research, and was in Sales and Marketing at Syntel, an IT services firm. Stacey holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Reggie Bradford, Director
Veteran technology and management executive Reggie Bradford is founder and CEO of Vitrue. Founded in 2006, Bradford, armed with over 20 years of experience across technology, Internet and marketing sectors, has developed Vitrue into the leading provider of social marketing publishing software for global brands and agencies.
Anchored by its industry-leading Vitrue Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform, Vitrue provides a comprehensive, turnkey solution to manage, measure and maximize value across Facebook, Twitter and the social web. Vitrue’s SRM platform is currently being used by global brands such as McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble and Best Buy, as well as more than 75 agencies worldwide. To date, the Vitrue SRM platform is managing more than 340 million fans across 2,000 Page in 40+ countries.
Prior to founding Vitrue, Bradford served as president and board member of TANDBERG Television, an organization of more than 400 employees and more than $100 million in revenues. During his tenure, he led the company to a 40 percent annual growth rate, successfully integrated two major acquisitions, and led the global repositioning of the brand, which was acquired by Ericsson. Bradford also served as the president and CEO of N2 Broadband, the leading provider of open-platform, on-demand entertainment solutions. Among his many industry accolades and awards, Bradford was named one of Television Week’s “10 to Watch” for 2005 and one of the top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2010 by Business to Business.
Bradford also has extensive marketing-management experience, serving as chief marketing officer at WebMD from 1998 to 2000. As such, he helped guide company growth from 40 to 4,000 employees and received more than $2 billion in funding. During his tenure at WebMD, Reggie was instrumental in defining interactivity on the web as an early pioneer of social communities. Additionally, he has held various marketing and management positions with Miller Brewing Company.
Bradford received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. He serves on numerous advisory and non-profit boards including Tangent Media, Solo Health and The Brandery. Bradford resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Holly and their six children.
David Fialkow, Director
David Fialkow is a Managing Director and co-founder of General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in exceptional entrepreneurs in the applied technology arena. He and General Catalyst are also co-founders of Upromise, a web-based college funding plan, and SmartBargains.com. In addition to Vitrue, Inc., Mr. Fialkow is a board member of: BBN Technologies; OnForce; and Smart Bargains. Prior to co-founding General Catalyst Partners, Mr. Fialkow co-founded and operated numerous businesses focused on building applied technology-based platforms and tools for the travel, information services, financial services, specialty retail, and payment processing industries. He is a former associate of Thomas H. Lee Company and U.S. Venture Partners, is a member of the MIT Leadership Center Advisory Council, and serves on several non-profit boards, including: Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, New England Chapter; Facing History and Ourselves; The Steppingstone Foundation; The Pan-Mass Challenge; and The Boys and Girls Club of Boston. Mr. Fialkow is a graduate of Colgate University and Boston College Law School.
Steven J. Heyer, Director
Mr. Steven J. Heyer is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harry & David Holdings. Mr. Heyer was the Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide from October 2004 until April 2007. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company from 2002 to September 2004. From 1994 to 2001 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., and a member of AOL Time Warner’s Operating Committee. Previously, Mr. Heyer was President and Chief Operating Officer of Young & Rubicam Advertising Worldwide, and before that spent 15 years at Booz Allen & Hamilton, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President and Managing Partner. Mr. Heyer is a member of the board of directors of Lazard Ltd. and Lazard Group and was appointed lead director of Lazard Ltd. in November 2009. He is also a director of Omnicare, Inc., Vice Chairman of the Board of Vitrue, a General Catalyst portfolio company, and a founding director of Next 3D, a 3D to the home software company. Mr. Heyer is also a member of the board of directors of the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS), and the Special Olympics.
Neil Sequeira, Director
Mr. Sequeira is Managing Director and Partner at General Catalyst Partners. In addition to Vitrue, he is a board member of Boxee, DECA, Elemental Technologies, Highwinds Network Group, RDA, inc.- Readers Digest and Vostu. He joined General Catalyst Partners from Time Warner where he was most recently Managing Director, Technology for Time Warner Investments (formerly AOL Time Warner Ventures), the private investment vehicle for the world’s largest media company. While here, he worked closely with AOL, HBO, Time Inc., Time Warner Cable, Turner and Warner Bros. to identify investment opportunities. He was actively involved with the boards of several of the companies within the Time Warner Investments portfolio including Arroyo Video Solutions, BigBand Networks, Entropic, Goldpocket Interactive, N2Broadband and Waterfront Media. Prior to Time Warner, Mr. Sequeira led Mergers and Acquisitions for CMGI, a diversified technology operating company and venture capital firm, where he was actively involved with Alta Vista, Engage, NaviSite, Ubid, and Yesmail. Previously, he was an Associate with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and a senior consultant with Accenture. He has spoken at numerous media and venture capital conferences and is a judge for the Harvard, MIT and Wharton Business Plan Competitions. Mr. Sequeira holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Louis Toth, Managing Director
Louis oversees the investing activities at CV and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, coordinating due diligence efforts and assisting in the negotiation and structuring of financial terms for new portfolio investments. He also works with the management of CV portfolio companies on strategic, business development and operations issues. In addition, Louis collaborates with the various business units of Comcast on issues relating to new services, technologies and start-ups. Previously, Louis worked in investment banking and at a venture capital firm focused on technology and communications services. Louis graduated with honors and holds a MBA from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He also graduated from the Management & Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Louis is involved as a Director, Board Observer or adviser for BNI Video, BroadLogic Network Technologies, ConteXtream, iControl Networks, Immedia Semiconductor, Ortiva Wireless, RGB Networks, the KPCB sFund, Verivue Networks, and Vitrue. Previously, Louis was involved with Arroyo Video Solutions, Broadbus Technologies, Cedar Point Communications, half.com, Jingle Networks, Movaz Networks, New Global Telecom, Nuera Communications, RF Magic, SkyStream Networks, and StrataLight Communications.
Frédéric Court, Board Observer
Frédéric joined Advent in 2001 and is involved with several early and later stage technology investments in Europe. His areas of focus are Internet services (particularly ecommerce), digital media, software and mobile.
Frédéric joined Advent from ETEXX, a VC-backed e-collaboration software and online services company which he co-founded in France in 1999. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Frédéric spent 6 years in corporate finance at Lazard in London, Milan and New York where he focused on advising clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors, being involved in transactions worth over $100bn.
Prior to Lazard, he spent 18 months working for Société Générale in Milan. Frédéric is a graduate of ESSEC, the leading French Business School, and Bocconi University in Milan. He speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish.

Mike Murphy, Advisor
Mike Murphy is a 20-year industry advertising and marketing veteran working across the technology, publishing and social marketing industries. He currently serves as an advisor to Zynga, where he consults executives on the development and implementation of Zynga’s overall advertising strategy. Murphy spent almost five years at Facebook, where he served as vice president of global sales, overseeing the media strategy, advertising inventory management and advertising operations. Prior to joining Facebook, he was vice president of media sales for Yahoo!, managing the western region. Murphy also founded the company TAG that provided outsourced sales, marketing and business development to established technology companies as well as early start-ups. He began his media career at Ziff-Davis Publishing and CMP Media, where he served as a publisher, associate publisher and managing director. He received his BA from the University of North Texas and currently resides in Palo Alto, Calif., with his wife and four sons.
Ronald Conway, Advisor
Ronald Conway is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Angel Investors LP funds. He was also an early investor in Ask Jeeves and Google. Ron worked with National Semiconductor Corporation in various marketing positions (1973-1979). Altos Computer Systems benefited under Ron’s leadership as a co-founder, President and CEO, and as a member of the Board (1979-1990).
He led Personal Training Systems (PTS) for five years as President and CEO (1991-1995). PTS was acquired by SmartForce/SkillSoft and Ron served on their Board of Directors until September 2002. Ron has served on several Boards/Advisory Boards including: The Red Herring Magazine, AtWeb (sold to Netscape/AOL), SendMail, Bright Mail, Ask Jeeves, Napster, and Support.com, SNOCAP, Plaxo, Soliel Securities, Marimba, Metamatrix and AVP.
