Chief Executive Officer | Reggie Bradford

Veteran technology and management executive Reggie Bradford is founder and CEO of Vitrue. Founded in 2006, Bradford, armed with over 20 years of experience across technology, Internet and marketing sectors, has developed Vitrue into the leading provider of social marketing publishing software for global brands and agencies.
Anchored by its industry-leading Vitrue Social Relationship Management (SRM) platform, Vitrue provides a comprehensive, turnkey solution to manage, measure and maximize value across Facebook, Twitter and the social web. Vitrue’s SRM platform is currently being used by global brands such as McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble and Best Buy, as well as more than 75 agencies worldwide. To date, the Vitrue SRM platform is collectively managing its clients’ more than 815 million social connections in 47 countries across 3,000 Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Prior to founding Vitrue, Bradford served as President and board member of TANDBERG Television, an organization of more than 400 employees and more than $100 million in revenues. During his tenure, he led the company to a 40 percent annual growth rate, successfully integrated two major acquisitions, and led the global repositioning of the brand, which was acquired by Ericsson. Bradford also served as the President and CEO of N2 Broadband, the leading provider of open-platform, on-demand entertainment solutions. Among his many industry accolades and awards, Bradford was named one of Television Week’s “10 to Watch” for 2005 and one of the top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2010 by Business to Business.
Bradford also has extensive marketing-management experience, serving as Chief Marketing Officer at WebMD from 1998 to 2000. As such, he helped guide company growth from 40 to 4,000 employees and received more than $2 billion in funding. During his tenure at WebMD, Reggie was instrumental in defining interactivity on the web as an early pioneer of social communities. Additionally, he has held various marketing and management positions with Miller Brewing Company.
Bradford received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. He serves on numerous advisory and non-profit boards including BrightWhistle, Solo Health and The Brandery. Bradford resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Holly and their six children.
Chief Operating Officer | Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson is Vitrue’s Chief Operating Officer. Anderson has nearly 20 years of experience and a successful track record of leading development teams to collaborate with sales, marketing, and other constituents to deliver successful consumer applications. At Vitrue, he guides the company’s software team through the rapid implementation of its next generation of products and services.
Prior to Joining Vitrue, Anderson spent nine years with EarthLink (formerly MindSpring), one of the nation’s leading Internet Service Providers. He helped the company grow from 250,000 subscribers to more than 5 million. His most recent role was Vice President of Product Development, and in that capacity he led a variety of application development, core infrastructure, QA, and other teams to develop many of EarthLink’s customer-facing applications: Web mail, account management, the personal support center, and the Total Access client software. He also maintained responsibility for EarthLink’s authentication and mail infrastructure.
While at EarthLink, Anderson also held VP of Broadband and Director of Marketing Programs positions. He led the launch of MindSpring’s consumer DSL product, a service that as part of EarthLink grew to over one million customers.
Prior to joining EarthLink, Jim spent eight years as an engineering consultant, working with the manufacturing arm of consumer brands such as Procter & Gamble and Georgia-Pacific. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from Georgia Tech.
Chief Revenue Officer | Brian Blond
Brian Blond serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Vitrue. As such, he is responsible for the company’s long-term, strategic revenue generation and oversees global sales operations. Blond brings more than 15 years of strategic sales and business development experience across the software technology space. Reporting directly to CEO & Founder Reggie Bradford, Blond operates out of Vitrue’s San Francisco office.
Blond is a veteran software sales executive who has consistently been both a leader and a top performer in high growth sales organizations. He most recently served as SVP of Global Sales at Moxie Software. During his tenure at Moxie, he established the company as one of the premier Social Enterprise Platforms, with more than 600 enterprise customers and powering more than 270 million social enterprise interactions per month. Prior to Moxie, he was at BMC Software (NASDAQ: BMC) through the acquisition of BladeLogic (NASDAQ: BLOG) for $900 million. During his tenure at BladeLogic, Blond was instrumental in building a team that helped make BladeLogic one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies of the past decade culminating with a successful IPO in 2007. Prior to BladeLogic, he held sales and leadership positions at Oracle, 170 Systems, and Inktomi.
Blond holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri.
Vice President of Marketing | Erika J. Brookes

Erika Jolly Brookes is the Vice President, marketing for Vitrue, the leading provider of social marketing publishing technology that provides businesses with the power to manage, message and moderate their presence on social networks.
Erika joined MindSpring enterprises in 1995 as Director, Product Marketing, focused on the end-to-end customer experience. From 1997-1999, Erika was the Vice President, Product Marketing for MindSpring Enterprises and launched innovative services such as Spaminator & broadband. From 2000-2006, Mrs. Brookes was Vice President, Brand Strategy & Product Marketing, and contributed to growing Earthlink’s total awareness to 60% of US households and its customers to five million. Mrs. Brookes led the launch of new product features such as, high speed, Pop Up Blocker & Accelerator. From 2006-2008, Erika managed the marketing and product as well as revenue forecasting for an EarthLink business unit that generated revenue from value added product sales, advertising and search. As Vice President, Marketing from 2008-2009, Mrs. Brookes ran all aspects of marketing including brand, media, marketing services and loyalty efforts.
Before joining Vitrue in May 2010, Erika was the Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Jungle Disk (a division of Rackspace), a SaaS cloud-based data backup targeted at small to medium-sized businesses. During her tenure, she re-launched the Jungle Disk brand targeted at small business and doubled customer growth.
Mrs. Brookes earned a BS in Business Administration from Berry College and has completed post-graduate executive level education in finance and marketing.
Chief Financial Officer | Catherine Chandler

Catherine Chandler is Vitrue’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chandler has more than 25 years of international financial expertise, rooted in a strong SaaS-based business background, where she has been leading and advising corporations on building profitable business operations, international expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. At Vitrue, she provides the strategic financial leadership and expertise to help guide Vitrue’s global growth and expansion, as well as new business ventures. Chandler reports directly to Vitrue CEO & Founder Reggie Bradford.
Prior to joining Vitrue, she served for more than 10 years as the CFO of Liaison Technologies Inc., primarily a SaaS and professional services company, where she led the financial migration of the company from a start-up to a leader in the industry, as well as expanded operations abroad to grow the company’s international presence.
From 1995 – 2000, she was a Division Controller at Georgia-Pacific Corporation, directing the financial operations of a G-P division with $1.2 billion in assets. In this capacity, Chandler’s primary duties were strategic planning and development, business analysis, capital management, accounting and financial management, and international business management. Chandler also directed the finance department of Savannah Foods & Industries Inc. (now Imperial Sugar Company), a public company with more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
Chandler has her M.B.A. in executive finance from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
VP of Business Development | Max Clark

Max Clark is Vice President, Business Development. Max brings an impressive track record of building client relationships and structuring strategic partnerships while continuing to drive revenue. Max leads the business development and sales team responsible for cultivating relationships with executive level leadership through our agency, publisher, and marketer clients.
Prior to joining Vitrue, Max was Director, Business Development for UGENmedia, where he focused on building client relationships around UGEN’s user-generated marketing platform. Working with Fortune 500 marketers, Max delivered custom programs, working through the entire sales funnel from identifying campaign goals, concepting tactical ideas, and structuring solutions that ultimately lead to successful social marketing campaigns. Prior to UGENmedia, Max worked in the healthcare sector in both sales and marketing capacities, including opening up a new market and building a client base from the ground up. Max thrives on working in start-up environments, where he can forge new relationships, shape business objectives and grow revenue.
Max received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Economics and Finance from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Based in our NYC office, Max still has close ties to the midwest, with a love of barbeque and anything that has to do with a Jayhawk.
VP of Client Partnerships | Chad Estes

Chad Estes is Vitrue’s VP of Client Partnerships. Chad brings over 13 years of experience in managing strategic client partnerships and designing cutting-edge online solutions. He has a strong passion for exceeding client expectations and firmly believes it’s Vitrue’s people that sets them apart from the competition. Having joined Vitrue is 2007 in a product management role, he now leads the Strategic Services, Account Management and Customer Support departments to provide industry-leading service to its clients.
Prior to joining Vitrue, Chad performed in Product Management and Professional Services roles at Perfect Commerce, where he focused on designing and deploying enterprise eSourcing solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Perfect Commerce, Chad worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a management consultant providing project management and implementation services for major clients in the airline and telecommunications industries. Chad thrives in fast-paced and start-up environments, where he can make an impact by driving the organization to meet and exceed client expectations.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville. Based in Atlanta, GA he is a proud father and husband.
VP of Client Services | Chris Hackney

Chris Hackney is Vice President, Client Services for Vitrue. Hackney has more than 15 years of strategic business, partner and consumer-marketing experience, including tenures at global brands WebMD and Coca-Cola. At Vitrue, he will lead the client services team, driving new and innovative strategic client and partnership opportunities. He reports directly to Vitrue CEO & Founder Reggie Bradford.
Hackney comes to Vitrue from WebMD, where he spent the past six years building a team that manages WebMD’s most important strategic client relationships. Most recently he served as the Executive Director of Strategic Development, where he spearheaded all consumer markets business, including CPG and OTC-based business, encompassing more than $100 million in revenues. During his time at WebMD, he oversaw the development and planning for WebMD’s strategic consumer marketing business priorities, senior-level relationships and partnerships, as well as leading WebMD’s first brand extension, the “Fit” brand and website. From 2003-2006, Hackney was at the Coca-Cola Company, serving roles of Brand Manager for Coca-Cola Trademark Brands and before that as Associate Brand Manager for the Coca-Cola Classic and Vanilla Coke brands. As Brand Manager, he led the long-term strategic planning for Coke TM, which included initiatives designed to align the strategic priorities of all Coke TM brands behind a select number of growth platforms to expand TM business over the long-term. He also focused on building expanded distribution in emerging channels as well as building an integrated communication strategy for the Coke TM in traditional retail outlets. Additionally, in this role he led brand activation of national property initiatives for the Coke TM including entertainment properties such as American Idol and sports properties including the Olympics.
Hackney also had early entrepreneurial experience in his career by founding Lanair Corporation, a successful nutritional products company. Hackney has his MBA from Duke University and earned his BS in Business Administration from Washington University.
VP of Global Implementations | Jon Lee

Jon Lee is the Vice President, Global Implementations. Jon brings with him an impressive track record of successful implementations and client application development. A proven leader, Jon is now leading our push into new geographic markets by establishing a number of new Vitrue offices throughout the U.S. and selected international sites.
Prior to joining Vitrue, Jon was Lead Development Manager at I3 Principles where he managed all client interaction along with his duties as a developer. In this senior position, Jon was involved in part of the development process and managed all daily operations. Jon also worked at Autotrader and dnaStudio in the Atlanta area where he served as a senior developer. In these positions he was able to implement a number of new initiatives involving web standards that produced improved results and client satisfaction.
Client focused and goal driven, Jon leverages his over 10 years of tech experience to contribute to the continuing success of Vitrue.
Chief Product Officer | Mike Strutton

Michael Strutton is Vitrue’s Chief Product Officer. Mike brings over 15 years of product development experience with a passion for innovation. He is known by his colleagues as the “idea” guy. To Vitrue he brings social marketing expertise, technical aptitude with an aggressive and evolving product vision. He continues to lead the concept and development for the Vitrue Social Media Index (SMI) tool and is a cornerstone of creating “proof of concept” illustrations for Vitrue’s Fortune 1,000 client base.
Prior to joining Vitrue, Mike spent over a decade at EarthLink where he lead cross-functional teams of engineers and business people to develop and continually improve cutting edge applications and services. As Director of Software Product Management his team was responsible for Montage, Email client, Total Access, Spyware Blocker, Pop-Up Blocker, ScamBlocker, Parental Controls, and Protection Control Center. Key milestones included the creation of an innovative new product, Montage, that simplified voicemail management over the Internet and implementation of the first national Pop-Up Blocker that changed the online advertising industry. Mike also created and ran the Business Web Hosting group from inception during his tenure at MindSpring/EarthLink.
Simply put, Mike has directed products that reached millions of consumers, generating both direct and incremental revenue.
Mike is a native to Georgia and attended Kennesaw State University but above all a proud father and husband.
Vice President, EMEA | Richard Beattie

Richard Beattie serves as Vice President, EMEA, for Vitrue. Beattie brings more than 15 years of international business software and technology experience spanning the SaaS space, including executive positions at Omniture and Mercado. At Vitrue, he is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of Vitrue’s international business, including new business growth, channel development, as well as support of the existing global client base. Reporting directly to CEO & Founder Reggie Bradford, Beattie operates out of Vitrue’s London office.
Beattie joined Vitrue from Omniture (Adobe after acquisition of Omniture in 2009), where he served as Vice President for the emerging business in EMEA. In this capacity, he was tasked with more than $30 million in new business and the retention of almost $50 million in existing sales of SaaS-based technologies throughout Europe. During his tenure, in addition to his focus on emerging business, he was instrumental in leading the integration of Mercado’s business unit, which Omniture acquired in 2008, including the incorporation of staff and processes.
Prior to Omniture, he served as Vice President of Europe for Mercado, responsible for general management, sales and strategic direction across Europe. He helped build the company to a market-leading position by growing from one to more than 100 European brand customers in less than three years; drove European sales from zero to almost 50% of worldwide business in under two years; and broke company records for new business. Beattie’s resume also includes positions at ClickSoftware, serving as Director of Sales for Western Europe; IXOS, as a key member of the EMEA north west management team; and Altris, where he held both London- and San Diego-based management positions overseeing business development and new business sales.
Beattie earned his BA from Nottingham Trent University and further advanced his education at the University of Brighton and at Université Stendhal, Grenoble. He resides in London.
General Counsel | W. Harris Troutman

W. Harris Troutman, a longtime technology and professional services attorney, serves as General Counsel. In this capacity, he oversees all the company’s legal affairs, including spearheading all legal efforts for Vitrue’s global expansion and serving as board secretary. Troutman joined Vitrue in March of 2011.
Troutman brings more than 12 years of international legal experience across the information technology space including software (SaaS-based) licensing, professional services, manufacturing, financial and general transactions, to name a few.
Prior to joining Vitrue, he was a partner at FSB FisherBroyles, LLP, named by US News & World Report as one of the nation’s top information technology law firms. While at FSB FisherBroyles, he advised and represented numerous international companies on all aspects of information technology and professional services. Additionally, Troutman was General Counsel and Secretary for RubberNetwork, a global technology and professional services company formed by ten of the world’s largest tire and rubber companies. He also served in associate roles at other firms including Drew, Eckl & Farnham.
Troutman earned his JD at Georgia State University and his MS and BS in economics at Auburn University.
